About the role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can turn budget into a predictable pipeline. You’ll own our performance and demand‑generation engine across paid and organic channels, partnering closely with Sales, BDRs, and the Marketing Director to drive qualified demo requests and opportunities from our core ICP: MSSPs and enterprise security teams. This is a hands‑on, data‑driven role: you plan, execute, and optimize campaigns end‑to‑end, from audience selection to creative testing and funnel reporting. Your north star is simple: incremental, high‑quality pipeline and ARR.

What you’ll do
  • Execute performance marketing across paid social (LinkedIn‑first), search, and retargeting with clear pipeline and ARR targets.
  • Build use case‑driven campaigns (MSSP automation, credentials intelligence, EASM, malware workflows, AI agents) that show value, not features.
  • Own MQL → SQL → opportunity conversion, aligning tightly with BDRs and Sales on definitions, SLAs, and handoff.
  • Launch and optimize demo/meeting campaigns plus always‑on plays (credentials, EASM, threat intel) to drive a consistent ICP pipeline.
  • Support ABM on strategic accounts with tailored ads, landing pages, and nurture flows.
  • Test positioning ("preemptive security", "operational brain of the SOC", "intel to impact") across creatives and pages based on performance.
  • Experiment with audiences, offers, and formats to improve CTR, CVR, and cost per opportunity—not just CPL or CPC.
  • Partner with Content and Product Marketing on campaign assets (case studies, one‑pagers, videos, webinars).
  • Build and maintain end‑to‑end tracking (ad → form → CRM) for reliable attribution and reporting.
  • Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports: channel ROI, cohort analysis, CAC, pipeline contribution, learnings.
  • Use intent signals (ZoomInfo, Apollo) to prioritize accounts and refine targeting.
  • Define lead scoring, routing rules, and nurture flows to scale opportunity volume without sacrificing quality.
  • Align performance targets with Sales and Leadership on ARR goals and pipeline coverage.
What we’re looking for
  • 4–6+ years in B2B performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or other complex/technical products.
  • Proven track record in building and optimizing full‑funnel campaigns that create qualified pipeline and revenue, not just MQLs.
  • Hands‑on experience with:
  • LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (search & retargeting).
  • Marketing automation and CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Landing page testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset: comfortable working with attribution, cohorts, and funnel metrics; you can explain what’s working, what’s not, and where to invest next.
  • Ability to translate complex value propositions into sharp, compelling messages for technical and business decision‑makers (C‑level, operations, product, etc.).
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment with a small, senior team where results matter more than hierarchy.
  • Nice to have: Experience marketing to MSSPs, SOC teams, or cybersecurity buyers.
What do we offer:
  • Afront-rowseatinoneofEurope’smostexcitingcybersecuritystartups.
  • HybridworksetupinourBarcelonaOffice.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package (health insurance & therapy coverage).
  • Flexible Retribution Program (meals, transport, childcare, and other tax‑efficient benefits).
  • Asmart,humble,anddriventeamthatgenuinelyenjoysworkingtogether.
