About the Role

We’re searching for a Performance Marketing Manager who will take the lead on growing several mobile gaming titles using data-driven performance marketing. You’ll operate at the intersection of user acquisition, creative strategy, analytics, and product growth.

This role is both strategic and hands‑on, perfect for someone who loves digging into performance data just as much as shaping long-term marketing direction.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and execute growth strategies across Google Ads, AppLovin, and other major ad networks.
  • Run structured experiments to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through testing, iteration, and insight-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with product, creative, ASO, and data science teams to drive unified growth initiatives.
  • Contribute to team-wide marketing strategy, share insights, and help push the boundaries of performance marketing excellence.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in performance marketing for mobile gaming.
  • Proven experience managing meaningful UA budgets and scaling successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, MMPs, conversion tracking, and mobile marketing analytics.
  • Hands‑on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau or internal analytics platforms).
  • A genuine passion for mobile gaming, sharp marketing intuition, and strong communication skills.
