Edp Renovaveis Servicios Financieros SA is seeking a Performance Management Intern in Aragón, Spain. The role focuses on data quality, performance analysis of wind and solar assets, and ad-hoc data extraction using SQL and Azure ecosystems.

The ideal candidate is a technical student in engineering with interests in renewables and strong English proficiency, ready to support AI initiatives and develop data-driven insights within a global energy company.

Qualificações

• Student in Industrial, Energy, Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Interest in renewables or a Master’s in renewable energy preferred.
• Spanish native and English B2 minimum, written and spoken.
• Programming experience in SQL, Python, or R preferred.
• Experience with big data analytics and cloud platforms is desirable (Azure, Data bricks).
• Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau.
• Understanding of Microsoft products/add-ins.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure quality control of performance datasets against original sources.
• Analyze wind and solar site operation and asset performance vs expectations.
• Manage detected items to track resolution and value.
• Write basic ad-hoc queries in SQL, PI and Azure databases for analysis.

Business Platform: Renewable Generation Assets

Our Performance Monitoring department intends to recruit a Performance Management Intern.

What will you do:

• Ensure quality control of performance datasets by confirming accuracy against original sources, checking for errors manually and automatically, and updating datasets regularly.
• Perform analyses of wind and solar site operation and asset performance and complete detailed comparisons against expectations.
• Manage detected items to track resolution and added value
• Write basic ad-hoc queries in SQL, PI and Azure databases to capture data for analysis.
• Contribute to AI development activities; experience in this area is an advantage.

What are we looking for:

• Student in Industrial, Energy, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related field.
