Responsabilidades

• Become HR Operations subject matter expert in respective countries.
• Serve as primary contact for employee HR inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Administer and update HR systems, maintaining accurate employee records.
• Coordinate and support payroll processing with payroll providers.
• Facilitate performance management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

If you love a challenge. You will :

• Become HR Operations subject matter expert in your respective countries
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and transitions
• Administer and update HR systems, maintaining accurate employee records and data integrity
• Coordinate and support payroll processing, with support of the payroll providers
• Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment
• Facilitate performance management processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and HR projects
• Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure ongoing compliance

Requirements

• Advanced level of English & German
• Minimum 3 years of experience in People Operations
• Strong knowledge of payroll and labour legislation
• Experience with HR management systems
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data
