Job summary

Sanitas is seeking a People Experience professional to help shape a positive employee experience across the organization in Madrid. You will coordinate engagement initiatives, monitor surveys, and analyze data to drive informed decisions and participation in People programs.

With 2–4 years in HR or related fields, you will collaborate across teams, support internal communications, and help implement action plans aligned with our values and culture across different geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration, HR or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, Engagement, Internal Communications or similar.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Experience with surveys and data analysis would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, deliver, and monitor engagement initiatives.
• Manage employee engagement and experience surveys, tracking participation, and producing data insights.
• Collaborate in the definition, monitoring, and evaluation of action plans derived from survey results with data analysis and metrics.
• Design and implement initiatives to enhance the employee experience based on feedback, data and market practices.
• Coordinate recognition programs, events, and activities linked to Sanitas values and culture, monitoring participation and impact metrics.
• Support the development of internal communications related to People initiatives and employee experience channels across Sanitas and ELA to ensure consistency.
• Participate in defining the People Experience strategy and support its implementation across ELA businesses and geographies.

Job description

What will you do as part of the team?

Your mission will be to help create a positive employee experience by coordinating, delivering, and monitoring engagement, listening, and recognition initiatives, supporting decision-making through data analysis, and encouraging employee participation in People initiatives across the organization.

In addition, you will:

• Manage the operational processes related to employee engagement and experience surveys, tracking participation, supporting associated communication activities, and producing data analysis, reports, and insights.
• Collaborate in the definition, monitoring, and evaluation of action plans derived from survey results, supporting decision-making through data analysis and key metrics.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience, identifying improvement opportunities based on employee feedback, available data, and market best practices.
• Coordinate recognition programs and initiatives, as well as events, campaigns, and activities linked to the company's values and culture, monitoring participation and impact metrics.
• Support the development of internal communications related to People initiatives and employee experience channels, collaborating with different areas across Sanitas and ELA to ensure a consistent employee experience aligned with the corporate culture.
• Participate in defining the People Experience strategy and support its implementation across ELA businesses and geographies, coordinating the organizational aspects required for successful execution.

What do you need?

Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience: Between 2 and 4 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, Engagement, Internal Communications, or similar areas.

Languages: Advanced level of English.

Other skills and knowledge:

• Experience managing employee engagement and climate surveys would be highly valued.
• Experience in event management would be an asset.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting would be an asset.
