Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Senior Solution/Enterprise Architect to lead the integration of Pega Mortgages applications within major banking projects. The role focuses on secure, scalable architecture and seamless delivery across client enterprises.

You will define integration designs, guide project teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements. Strong English communication is mandatory; Spanish is a plus, and multinational collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect.
• Expertise in integration and API design, architecture, and implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect the integration of Pega Mortgages into banking projects and the wider client landscape.
• Maintain a current view of system interfaces, ownership structures, and change plans.
• Define integration designs with APIs, event flows, data pipelines, security protocols, and error handling.
• Collaborate with Lead System Architects to ensure Pega-side integration aligns with standards.
• Analyze project epics early to identify dependencies and flag issues for planning.
• Work with client enterprise, domain, and platform teams to align design decisions.
• Support impact analysis, test planning, and release coordination with client test teams.
• Advise on cross-system data management, migration strategies, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate alignment between Pega design and enterprise architecture to ensure coherence.
