Payroll Specialist Lead – Spain

Fully Remote

Fluent Spanish & English

Manage end-to-end Spanish payroll — from data collection and processing to statutory filings, approvals, and payments.

Act as the subject matter expert for all things related to Spanish payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth delivery.

Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Payroll Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering.

Handle reconciliations and payroll accounting tasks with precision.

Keep payroll data clean, consistent, and audit-ready.

Contribute to process improvements and efficiency projects across the payroll function.

Provide occasional support to regional payroll leads when needed.

Proven experience managing Spanish payroll, ideally within a global or fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of Spanish labor law, tax, and compliance.

Skilled in tools like SAP, Excel, or Google Sheets.

Comfort working asynchronously and independently in a remote-first culture.

Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
