Formación

We are expanding our global team and looking for a Payroll Operations Specialist to bring their expertise and help us increase the visibility and usage of our product and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll for assigned countries
  • Prepare and reconcile internal and external payroll reports
  • Check payroll reports and confirm them before submission to legal authorities
  • Follow up on payroll inputs from various sources
  • Control employee expenses and ensure payments comply with relevant legal rules
  • Prepare payroll backup for invoicing processes
  • Learn about tax and payment processes of new countries, conduct research, and manage processes
  • Correspond with local accountants
  • Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in payroll operations or administration
  • Strong analytical skills and experience tracking KPIs
  • Proficiency in payroll software; familiarity with process automation is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements
  • Familiarity with SLAs and quality standards in payroll or customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
