A global professional services firm is seeking a Global Payroll Assistant in Madrid. The role includes supporting payroll processing, entering data, verifying calculations, and assisting with client communication. Formación

Your mission
  • Support payroll processing in our payroll system under supervision of global payroll specialists
  • Accurately enter data and process salary changes into payroll system
  • Assist in verifying payroll calculations and reports to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare payment files and accounting documents following established procedures
  • Support communication with clients, tax authorities, social insurance institutions, and pension funds
  • Handle basic HR administrative tasks for various clients under guidance
  • Learn and apply global payroll processes and best practices
  • Participate in payroll process improvement initiative.
Your profile
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in HR-Payroll, Accounting, Finance or related qualification
  • 1-3 years of working experience in payroll, HR administration, or accounting with strong interest in payroll
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
  • Exposure to or willingness to learn international HR or payroll systems, experience with Swiss payroll nice to have
  • Good English skills (minimum B2 level) and ideally French or German
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational skills and ability to follow processes
  • Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize daily tasks
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different client requirements
  • Team player with positive attitude
