A leading airline provider is looking for a Passenger Service Agent in Fuerteventura, Spain. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, greeting customers, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Spanish and have an intermediate level of English. This part-time position offers an annual salary of €20,282 along with 45 days of holiday and various additional perks.

What will you do in the role?
  • Create Memories - Ensuring the delivery of outstanding Customer Servicethat meets the needs of ourcustomersand promotes ourbrand values.
  • Be Present - Greet our customers at the arrivals area at the start of their holiday to create a great first impression, providing a friendly and efficient check-in and boarding service for departing customers, offering helpful advice on the sales desk and being present for our customers throughout their time at the airport
  • Take Responsibility - EnsuringJet2.com’spolicies and procedures are implemented and adhered to. Ensuring quality standards are met and safe practices are always carried out. Responsible for safety reporting using the company system (The Hub)
  • Work as One Team - Working in partnership with internal colleagues and internal partners including Ground Operations colleagues, thirdparty providers and our Flight Deckand Cabin Crew Teams to ensure the best Customer experience
