Kids&Us Language School in Montecarmelo, Madrid, is seeking an Academic Coordinator Assistant to join our team. You will support the General Coordinator with lesson planning, student evaluation and school events.

With a 14-hour weekly schedule (afternoons, Monday to Thursday) starting in September, you will monitor student progress, maintain family communications, cover classes when needed, and help foster a collaborative learning environment.

Formación

• Full Proficiency in English (C2 level).
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.

Responsabilidades

• Support the General Coordinator with lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families, including progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, and meetings.
• Conduct evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.
• Cover classes when necessary.
• Provide support and assistance to families when necessary.
