From RightHand, a company specializing in attracting and retaining digital talent, we are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with a proven experience in both strategy and hands‑on implementation of paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on awareness and performance marketing across programmatic platforms (e.g., StackAdapt, Doceree), as well as Meta and Google Ads. The role involves managing high‑impact digital campaigns primarily for the U.S. market, targeting both consumers and healthcare professionals.

Required experience:
  • Hands‑on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across programmatic (StackAdapt, Doceree), Meta, and Google Ads.
  • Proven track record in healthcare marketing, with experience targeting both B2C (consumers) and HCP (healthcare professional) audiences.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate objectives into actionable multi‑channel strategies, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
  • Knowledge in audience segmentation, contextual targeting, dynamic creative optimization, and retargeting.
  • Skilled in budget management and optimization to ensure maximum ROI and effective spend distribution across awareness and performance layers.
  • Analytical and reporting skills using Google Analytics, Business Manager, and Looker, with a solid understanding of media and conversion metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams and report directly to the Head of Paid Media.
  • Continuous learning mindset and curiosity for emerging ad technologies and media trends.
Requirements:
  • High level of English / bilingual proficiency.
  • Availability to work U.S. hours (starting at 12:00 PM).
  • Willingness to travel to the U.S. for meetings when required.
  • Experience managing programmatic, Meta, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of B2C and HCP media performance metrics.
