A leading sports equipment company in Madrid is seeking a Padel Community Manager to enhance brand presence through social media and events. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and three years of experience in social media management, alongside fluency in Spanish and English. This role involves content creation, partnership coordination, and analytics, fostering community engagement and support for events. Immediate availability is preferred.

The Padel Community Manager will be responsible for strengthening our brand presence both online and on the ground. The mission is to manage and grow our social media channels with creative, engaging content while actively supporting the activation of our partnerships and events throughout the year. Acting as a bridge between our brand, our audience, and our partners, the Padel Community Manager will ensure consistent communication, smooth project execution, and impactful experiences that reflect our values.

You hold a Master's degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field, and have at least three years of experience in social media management, marketing, partnerships, or event coordination. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential; proficiency in French is a plus.
You are recognized for your strong command of tools such as Photoshop, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. You also have a good understanding of Social Listening tools, including Sprinklr or Brandwatch.
You demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong ability to create engaging and creative content. You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
Finally, you are a true team player, known for your versatility and ease in working within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
