Stone Island is looking for a 30h Part Time Client Advisor to be included in the staff of our Store in Malaga.

The Client Advisor, with impeccable presentation and natural elegance, will guide each single client across the brand’s values and heritage, gaining a strong understanding of the client and their needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Engage with clients in accordance with the Stone Island Selling ceremony;
• Drive business and sales goals by proactively reaching out to existing clients and developing new clients;
• Maintain company merchandise presentation standards;
• Stock organization : taking care of the deliveries on a weekly basis, organization of goods in the stock room etc.;
• Support in inventory preparation and execution;
• Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, whilst being a reliable partner.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Immediate availability;
• Fluent English;
• Knowledge of the French language is appreciated;
• Passionate about Retail, Client service and commercial mindset;
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
• Strong communication skills.
