Nadara is seeking a Scalable Operations Lead to drive the TOM design, KPI adoption, and cross‑department coordination. You will own automation and AI initiatives, oversee governance of growth initiatives, and partner with M&A and Ops teams to deliver COO‑level outputs across a dynamic energy business.

Leveraging deep process expertise, you will lead complex multi‑stakeholder programs, build performance frameworks, and ensure data‑driven decisions.

Formación

• Deep expertise in process design and improvement methodologies.
• Experience designing KPI frameworks and governance.
• Strong initiative management and ability to produce COO-ready outputs.
• Advanced Excel and data literacy; familiarity with Power BI or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute across Scalable Operations' full scope (M&A, Organic Growth, Ops Initiatives).
• Lead design and improvement of TOM processes and adoption across all Ops departments.
• Oversee Ops Initiatives from idea submission to governance and execution.
• Own Operations automation and AI agenda within the TOM and quantify impact of initiatives.
