Job summary

Sibelco is seeking an Operator Production for the Castellet site. The role focuses on operating installations, monitoring output, and ensuring products meet specifications.

The position requires a lower degree and technical English, with prior related experience and adherence to safety policies. You will run and adjust processes, document data in the IT system, and cooperate with maintenance teams to sustain continuous production.

Qualifications

• Lower degree in high school or equivalent by experience.
• Technical English – read and comprehend.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Familiar with safety policy and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust installations according to procedures and policies.
• Monitor pumps and manage taps, responding to alerts as needed.
• Perform multiple quality checks to ensure process specifications are met.
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate with colleagues to ensure quality.
• Record production data into the required IT system.
• Carry out minor maintenance tasks and assist technicians/electricians on larger works.
• Collaborate with weighbridge/bagging staff to ensure continuous production.
