Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking a Product Operations Manager to shape how we expand and operate globally. You will work on high-impact initiatives, using insights to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for customers.

You will define strategy for fintech verticals, feed market signals into roadmaps, and help launch new expansion markets with strong GTM plans.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree from a top university required.
• STEM or highly quantitative degree required from a top-tier university.
• Proven track record of outstanding achievement across roles.
• 3+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking/PE/VC, or fast-growing tech in a product or strategy role.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-centric design mindset.

Responsibilities

• Developing a point of view on fintech verticals and defining a cohesive long-term strategy for the company and product departments.
• Acting as the eyes and ears of the company, feeding information from the market back into company strategy and department roadmaps.
• Tracking and analysing competitive position and product performance globally.
• Helping scope and launch new verticals for the company.
• Defining initial product proposition and go-to-market strategies for new expansion markets.

What you'll be doing

• Developing a point of view on specific fintech verticals and defining a cohesive long-term strategy for the company and product departments

What you'll need

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
• A STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university
• A track record of outstanding achievement in different areas
• 3+ years of experience in a strategy consulting, investment banking/PE/VC, or fast-growing technology company in a product or strategy role
• Great problem-solving skills
• A focus on customer-centric designs and solutions

Nice to have

• A track record of building successful products (ideally financial) using data, customer feedback, common sense, and/or machine learning

Compensation range

• Krakow: PLN19,500 - PLN21,600 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN19,500 - PLN21,600 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
