Job Summary:

• IT KNOWLEDGE: Specific tools for the position; Office Suite; SAP
• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years in sectors such as Aerospace

- Perform tasks in the production process in a clean room:

- Material provisioning and expiration date control.

- Print manufacturing order and manufacturing plan via software (SAP).

- Manufacture composite material parts according to the plan or work order.

- Stack carbon fiber tape or fabric and position fiberglass and/or core materials.

- Compact fabrics according to work order.

- Perform curing bag and vacuum control.

- Propose improvements to the production process.

• Teamwork

• Interpretation of manufacturing orders
• Knowledge of manufacturing and placement of Robing
• Understanding of Manufacturing Orders
• Material knowledge (lifespan, manufacturing process, characteristics of different materials)
• Interpret cutting data in manufacturing orders according to type (cookies, bars in multiples, and plates)
• Perform vacuum bag and set time as indicated in the work order
