CORUS Consulting is seeking an OpenText Consultant to join on an international insurance project. This role is remote from Spain, with a focus on OpenText Extended ECM and PowerDocs, including run and maintain activities and incident management.

You will configure Extended ECM, troubleshoot RBPs and access issues, and support upcoming SAP SuccessFactors integration initiatives for Extended ECM workspaces. For PowerDocs, you’ll fix defects and adapt templates while managing DocuSign workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Act as an individual contributor supporting the client's OpenText Extended ECM and PowerDocs landscape, primarily in a run and maintain capacity.
• Provide operational support and incident management.
• Configuration changes in Extended ECM (including the troubleshooting of Role Based Permissions (RBP) and access issues).
• Contribute to upcoming initiatives, such as implementing the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting integration for Extended ECM workspaces.
• For PowerDocs, focus on fixing defects and building or adapting complex document templates, as well as related document review workflows.
• Managing and troubleshooting DocuSign integration and related workflows to ensure documents are generated, routed and signed correctly.
