Datamatics Technologies is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The role involves collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality applications, integrations, and platform enhancements using Salesforce best practices.

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform, objects, relationships, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of security: Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Field-Level Security.
• Familiarity with governor limits, bulkification and performance optimization.
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, scheduled jobs, and test classes.
• Build user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow.
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, security settings, and workflows.
• Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and ensure governor limits.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide production support.
• Manage deployments using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain technical documentation and support Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
