A leading company in the logistics sector in Barcelona is seeking an experienced IT / OT Support Engineer to maintain and monitor terminal IT health checks while supporting both IT and OT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT Engineering, at least 4 years of relevant experience, and must be fluent in English and Spanish. This position is crucial for operational stability and security at the terminal facilities.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in IT / OT support roles.
• ITIL knowledge or certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-user support for hardware and software.
• Maintain and troubleshoot local IT infrastructure.
• Support and maintain OT infrastructure assets.
• Manage service requests and incident tickets.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
