About the Role

Home Alliance Academy is looking for an Online Sales Specialist to join our global EdTech sales team. You’ll connect with warm leads (no cold calls), guide potential students through our educational programs, and help them make life‑changing decisions through learning.

This role is ideal for goal‑driven, empathetic professionals who are passionate about education and ready to grow their income through performance‑based sales.

Key Responsibilities Consultative Sales & Lead Conversion
  • Conduct Zoom or phone consultations with qualified leads (no cold calling).
  • Understand client goals and match them with the right educational program.
  • Present program benefits clearly, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs (minimum 10 enrollments per month).
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records.
Customer Experience & Retention
  • Deliver an excellent pre‑enrollment experience that builds trust and motivation.
  • Ensure smooth transition of enrolled students to the onboarding and success teams.
  • Gather feedback to improve the customer journey and increase satisfaction.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion performance.
  • Report sales data and KPIs with precision and consistency.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of B2C online sales experience (preferably education, call center, or digital products).
  • Fluent in Russian and conversational in English (B1+).
  • Experience working with CRM systems and communication tools (Zoom, Dialer, etc.).
  • Confident communicator with a consultative approach and persuasive skills.
  • Organized, goal‑oriented, and disciplined in meeting sales targets.
  • Available to work during U.S. hours (Pacific Standard Time).
