IQVIA in Madrid is seeking an entry-level data associate to acquire data from suppliers and format it for IQVIA systems under close supervision.

You will receive, identify, and log inbound data, replenish blank media as required, and move data through IQVIA acquisition platforms according to SOPs while performing initial volume checks to verify realism.

Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow established procedures are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of work experience required.
• Familiarity with PC Windows and mainframe tools used by IQVIA.
• Good communication and teamwork required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Req
• One (1) year of work experience Req
• Knowledge of PC-based Windows applications, mainframe tools as used by IQVIA and third-party tools and software
• Good interpersonal and communications skills essential.
• Ability to work in a team environment, to follow directions accurately and to work under time constraints and changing work volumes.
• Ability to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters.
• Understanding of the workflow and processes for the different audits.
