Allianz Technology seeks an One Identity Application Engineer to join our global IAM team and optimize IAM operations across the enterprise.

You will administer One Identity Manager environments, manage identities and services, and ensure secure, auditable IAM processes in a diverse IT landscape.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration and IT operations.
• Experience with IAM concepts, processes and governance.
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with modern IGA tools like One Identity Manager, SailPoint, Salesforce, ForgeRock, Oracle Identity Manager.

About The Job

At Allianz Technology, Identity & Access Management (IAM) is a fundamental pillar of our Information Security strategy. We are seeking a One Identity Application Engineer to join our global IAM team, playing a key role in managing and optimizing IAM operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our access management solutions remain efficient, secure, and resilient against attackers, all while aligning with audit requirements to protect Allianz Group’s IT services. What You Do

• Administration and configuration of our One Identity Manager (1IM) environments and management of integrated identities and services
• System maintenance and execution of operational tasks
• Incident analysis, problem and change process handling for our IAM services
• Management of the cloud infrastructure hosting our IAM services
• Regular documentation and update of IAM processes and operating procedures within our collaboration tools (Jira, Wiki).

What You Bring

• Performance management of applications, databases and infrastructure, utilizing software automation and monitoring tools like PowerShell, Jenkins, Ansible, Grafana and Pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux), network technologies (DNS, TCP/IP), MS-SQL databases, Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID as well as GenAI.
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban; familiarity with IAM concepts, processes and understanding of security, risks and governance.
• Technical expertise in IT security and Identity and Access Management, with a keen interest in new trends and technologies; ability to create documentation and transfer knowledge in an international environment.
• Competence in managing tasks in challenging situations, with problem‑solving skills; ability to cooperate efficiently with clients and cross‑functional teams; experience in incident analysis and handling.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken fluently.
• At least 3 years of experience in system administration and IT operations; familiarity with modern IGA tools like One Identity Manager, SailPoint, Salesforce, ForgeRock, Oracle Identity Manager.
• Degree in Informatics, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
