A leading digital advertising project in sunny Barcelona is seeking an Onboarding Account Manager. The ideal candidate will onboard new business clients and guide them through tailored advertising solutions. Candidates must be fluent in Danish or Dutch or German and proficient in English, with at least 2 years of experience in account management or digital marketing. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of €23,876 gross/year plus bonuses and opportunities for career progression.

What You'll Do
  • Onboard and activate new business clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor during the onboarding phase
  • Understand client goals and set up tailored advertising campaigns
  • Ensure smooth client adoption and early performance success
  • Identify upselling and growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems
  • Manage frequent client interactions via phone and email

  • Fluent Danish OR Dutch OR German (C2)
  • English (C1)
  • Experience in account management, sales, onboarding, or digital marketing (2 years)
