Harding+ is recruiting motivated Chanel Beauty Advisors to join our onboard cruise retail team. You will live and work on a cruise ship, providing a welcoming, authentic, personalised service to guests from around the world.

You will perform full makeovers, advise on Chanel products, and drive sales through events and demonstrations. You will be part of a bespoke training program, with accommodation and meals provided on board, and a contract role for up to six months at a time, with breaks

Formación

• Strong retail background in premium beauty or luxury items.
• Excellent face-to-face customer service and sales ability.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance to guests onboard.
• Performs full makeovers and demonstrates techniques to encourage product use and purchases.
• Meets and exceeds monthly sales targets through consultative selling.
• Builds relationships with Chanel team and cruise staff to drive events and traffic to store.
