Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a recognized Mechanical/Electrical contractor.
• Strong organization and planning skills, able to work in a team.
• Experience with BIM, CAD, and project coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical systems on site and coordinate with client, main contractor, suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Oversee design to installation drawings with BIM personnel and ensure spec compliance.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, safety, QA, and project schedule in collaboration with project team.
