A multinational in the offshore wind sector is looking for an HVAC Leader in Cádiz, Spain. This role requires expertise in designing and implementing HVAC systems for offshore projects with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong English communication skills and the ability to work in complex environments are essential. The position involves supervising installations and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Proven experience (5-10 years) in HVAC projects, preferably in offshore or large infrastructure sectors.
• High level of English (B2-C1) for international communication.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in complex environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop HVAC solutions for offshore projects.
• Supervise on-site installation of HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with other engineers for system integration.
• Manage subcontractors to meet project specifications.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
