Role Overview

As an Office Services Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of Tripledot’s Barcelona office, working closely with the local Office and Administration team to ensure a smooth, well‑organised and welcoming working environment for around 70 employees.

This role has a broad scope, covering office administration, supplier coordination, events, and internal support functions. You will be a key point of contact for office-related needs, helping to keep operations running efficiently while supporting a growing and dynamic team.

This role is well suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive, and enjoys variety. You’ll thrive if you take pride in the details, communicate confidently, and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the local Office team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Maintain office administrative systems and documentation
  • Organise company events, conferences, and internal scheduling activities
  • Manage office orders for equipment and supplies, ensuring amenities are consistently available
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related processes
  • Ensure health and safety policies are implemented and followed compliantly
  • Support a well‑organised, efficient and welcoming office environment

  • Excellent communication skills, with advanced English (verbal and written)
