Randstad España in Madrid is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to conduct penetration tests and validate security controls across complex systems and environments.

You will lead offensive security activities, use Microsoft Defender and Sentinel for threat validation, perform red/blue/purple team exercises, and help strengthen incident response, detection coverage, and cyber resilience. Collaboration with MSSP, IT, OT teams is essential.

Formación

• Strong experience in offensive security practices such aspenetration testing, blue & red teaming, or vulnerability assessments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel for threat detection and analysis.
• AI-focused knowledge or practical experience in applying AI/ML within cybersecurity use cases (e.g. anomaly detection, automation).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF) and secure-by-design principles.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct penetration testing and simulate real-world attack scenarios to identify vulnerabilities.
• Validate security controls across systems and environments using Defender and Sentinel.
• Support cyber resilience by addressing incident response and recovery gaps.
• Collaborate with MSSP, IT, OT and security architecture teams to improve security capabilities.
• AnalyzeThreat patterns and strengthen detection coverage across SOC and IT teams.
