A leading company in industrial automation is seeking a skilled sales professional to develop a new partner network in Spain. The role requires 5+ years of OEM/key-account sales experience and proven access to the Spanish and Portuguese OEM markets. Candidates should possess strong techno-commercial acumen and fluent Spanish and English skills. Formación

Descripción del empleo

The ideal candidate will be looking to develop a new partner network centred on machine builders.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute the Iberian OEM account strategy: target list, stakeholder mapping, quarterly funnel, and visit cadence.
  2. Win designs: qualify user cases, lead samples/PoC, run technical clarifications, manage project milestones to SOP.
  3. Lead commercial negotiations: pricing strategy, price protection, rebates, and annual frameworks.
  4. Forecast with rigor: weekly/monthly rolling bookings/revenue forecast; maintain immaculate CRM stages, probabilities, and notes.
  5. Orchestrate cross‑functional delivery with Product, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, Finance, and Services.
  6. Build partner ecosystem (OEM) to extend coverage; run joint marketing, enablement, and certifications.
  7. Collaboration with other sales channels and partners: SI and end Users.
  8. Ensure compliance with competition law, export controls, GDPR, and local tender rules.
Who we are looking for
  1. 5+ years OEM/key‑account sales in industrial automation or related sectors.
  2. Proven Spanish and Portuguese OEM network with access to Engineering/Procurement; adept at multithreaded deal management.
  3. Strong techno‑commercial acumen: read specs/cert requirements; construct pricing and margin models.
  4. Native/near‑native Spanish and fluent English. Knowledge of Portuguese will be highly valued.
  5. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Electronics/Business (or equivalent).
  6. Willing to travel 40–60% domestically; valid driver’s license; legal right to work in Spain.
