Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Iberian OEM account strategy : target list, stakeholder mapping, quarterly funnel, and visit cadence.
  • Win designs : qualify user cases, lead samples/PoC, run technical clarifications, manage project milestones to SOP.
  • Lead commercial negotiations : pricing strategy, price protection, rebates, and annual frameworks.
  • Forecast with rigor : weekly/monthly rolling bookings/revenue forecast; maintain immaculate CRM stages, probabilities, and notes.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional delivery with Product, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, Finance, and Services.
  • Build partner ecosystem (OEM) to extend coverage; run joint marketing, enablement, and certifications.
  • Collaboration with other sales channels and partners : SI and end users.
  • Ensure compliance with competition law, export controls, GDPR, and local tender rules.
Who we are looking for
  • 5+ years OEM / key-account sales in industrial automation or related sectors.
  • Proven Spanish and Portuguese OEM network with access to Engineering / Procurement; adept at multithreaded deal management.
  • Strong techno-commercial acumen : read specs / cert requirements; construct pricing and margin models.
  • Native / near-native Spanish and fluent English. Knowledge of Portuguese will be highly valued.
  • CRM proficiency; disciplined, data-driven forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Electronics / Business (or equivalent).
  • Willing to travel 40–60% domestically; valid driver’s license; legal right to work in Spain.
