Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a Norwegian Speaking Content Moderator to oversee and review Norwegian-language content on social platforms from Bulgaria. You will flag policy-violating material, support cross-border teams, and help maintain a safe and engaging online space for users.

Ideal candidates are native Norwegian speakers with strong English, resilient to sensitive content, and detail-oriented. Training and relocation support may be provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written).
• EU passport valid (mandatory).
• Strong English proficiency to facilitate communication in a diverse office.
• Resilience to process sensitive content in a social media setting.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated content on social media to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Analyze and flag content violating safety policies, including harassment and hate speech.
• Maintain high accuracy while moderating content in Norwegian.
• Collaborate with international teams to refine safety protocols.
• Stay updated on trends and safety challenges in digital platforms.
• Provide feedback to improve automated moderation systems.
