Apave Spain (formerly Eurocontrol) is seeking an NDT Technician in Móstoles, Madrid to perform ultrasonic evaluations and weld inspections on metallic components, while supporting documentation workflows and equipment maintenance.

The role requires UT Level II ISO 9712 certification, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Word/Excel. A proactive, team-oriented candidate committed to training will fit well. A company vehicle is provided.

Formación

• ISO 9712 Level II Certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic proficiency with office tools (Microsoft Word and Excel).
• Proactive attitude, strong team orientation, willingness to undergo technical training.

Responsabilidades

• Perform non-destructive testing on welds and metallic components using ultrasonic techniques (UT).
• Prepare component surfaces and work areas prior to inspection to ensure proper testing conditions.
• Record field data, complete standard inspection reports, and escalate technical issues to supervisors.
• Participate in basic preventive maintenance and routine calibration checks of testing instruments.
• Assist with organizing and archiving technical documentation, report files, and client records.
• Adhere strictly to company safety, quality, and technical procedures.

Position Summary:-

Apave Spain (formerly Eurocontrol) is seeking an NDT Technician (Técnico/a de Ensayos No Destructivos - UT Level II) to join its technical team in Móstoles, Madrid. The role focuses on executing non-destructive ultrasonic evaluations and weld inspections on metallic components while supporting documentation workflows, equipment maintenance, and quality protocols.

Responsibilities:-

• Perform non-destructive testing on welds and metallic components primarily using ultrasonic techniques (UT).
• Prepare component surfaces and work areas prior to inspection to ensure proper testing conditions.
• Record field data, complete standard inspection reports, and **escalate** technical issues to supervisors.
• Participate in basic preventive maintenance and routine calibration checks of testing instruments.
• Assist with organizing and archiving technical documentation, report files, and client records.
• Adhere strictly to company safety, quality, and technical procedures.

QualificationsRequirements:-

• ISO 9712 Level II Certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
• Valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Additional ISO 9712 Level II certifications in Visual Testing (VT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), or Magnetic Particle Testing (MT).
• Vocational training (Grado Medio or Superior) in Mechanical Fabrication, Industrial Maintenance, Welding, Electricity, or related fields.
