NTT DATA in Barcelona is seeking a Tech Lead specialized in Node.js and AWS to guide a team and drive architectural decisions. The role blends hands-on coding with leadership, mentoring colleagues, and delivering robust cloud-native solutions.

You should communicate clearly in English (B2+), enjoy collaboration, and have experience with TDD, DDD, Swagger, and modern JS/TS tooling. The position offers a permanent contract, hybrid work 2 days in the office, and a path for career growth.

• Fluent English (B2 minimum).
• Soft Skills: good communication, ask questions, self-learning, team spirit.
• Hard skills: Node.js/Typescript/AI/TDD/DDD; Swagger first logic is a plus.
