Jobgether is seeking a New Media Manager in Spain to lead social and community growth across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms. You will own end-to-end content production, from scripting to publishing, while driving audience growth and performance analytics.

Join a fast-moving blockchain ecosystem working to expand the reach and adoption of decentralised technology worldwide. In this creative, hands-on role, you will lead social and community growth beyond traditional platforms, building a strong presence across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels. You will develop engaging video formats, create recurring content series, and turn complex blockchain developments into accessible stories that resonate with diverse audiences. From scripting and filming to editing, publishing, and performance analysis, you will own the entire content lifecycle and drive measurable audience growth. Working closely with marketing, communications, product, and ecosystem teams, you will collaborate with creators and industry voices to amplify key launches and cultural moments. Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media growth strategy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms, tailoring content formats and distribution approaches to each channel's audience and culture.
• Create and scale recurring content series and creative franchises designed to build loyal communities, increase subscriber numbers, improve audience retention, and encourage meaningful engagement.
• Own the full content production lifecycle, from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, publishing, distribution, and performance analysis.
• Produce high-quality, platform-native video content independently, responding quickly to emerging trends, ecosystem developments, and relevant industry news.
• Build and manage relationships with creators, founders, developers, and other ecosystem contributors to develop compelling stories and expand reach across diverse audiences.
• Design platform-specific content strategies for major industry events and ecosystem milestones, including conferences, developer gatherings, product launches, and cultural moments.
• Identify opportunities to reach international audiences through regional campaigns, localised content, and non-English-language formats.
• Monitor developments in the crypto ecosystem and translate timely news, trends, and community conversations into engaging content while maintaining editorial quality and sound judgement.
• Collaborate with Social, Communications, Product Marketing, and ecosystem teams to integrate new-media content into broader marketing campaigns, announcements, and product launches.
• Coordinate editors, creators, contractors, and other production resources to maintain a consistent publishing schedule and ensure high creative standards.
• Analyse audience data and experiment with content formats, distribution strategies, and programming to improve subscriber growth, watch time, retention, and meaningful community participation.
• Integrate AI-powered tools into scripting, editing, thumbnail creation, localisation, and analytics to streamline production and improve content performance.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success growing a YouTube channel or comparable long-form video platform, supported by measurable results and the ability to explain the strategies and creative decisions behind that growth.
• Strong hands-on video production capabilities, with the ability to take content from concept to publication independently without relying entirely on external agencies.
• Deep familiarity with cryptocurrency culture, blockchain communities, and decentralised technology, including the ability to explain complex or niche concepts to audiences unfamiliar with the industry.
• Excellent creative instincts and a strong understanding of content formats, audience behaviour, and platform-specific dynamics, with the ability to identify why certain content performs better than similar alternatives.
• Confidence appearing on camera or the ability to develop and coordinate a compelling on-camera presence through creators, founders, or other contributors.
• Strong editorial judgement and an understanding of how to represent a major ecosystem organisation authentically without making the content feel overly corporate or impersonal.
• Regular practical use of AI tools across content ideation, scripting, editing, thumbnail development, localisation, and performance analysis.
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex technical and cultural developments into accessible, engaging content.
• A strong understanding of social media analytics and growth metrics, including subscriber acquisition, retention, watch time, engagement, and audience participation.
• The ability to work independently, manage multiple content initiatives, and respond quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building a personal audience or community is an advantage.
• Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalent software is a plus.
• Experience engaging non-English-speaking audiences and adapting content for different regional markets is beneficial.
• A clear perspective on the strengths and weaknesses of existing crypto content, with the creativity to develop distinctive formats and fresh approaches to industry storytelling.
