We are looking to hire a highly motivated, best-in-class Network Technician to join our growing team within Networking. The position involves delivering the hardware, configuration and fiber connectivity of interdependent scaling projects across several data center locations. The Network Technician will work closely with internal customers and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution in coordination with Technical Program Managers. They will manage cabling vendor deliverables, monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met, verify installations meet quality standards, and escalate blockers or quality issues to Technical Program Managers and stakeholders as needed.
You will play a pivotal part in scaling the network of several data center locations and be responsible for day-to-day assistance with capacity management. You will facilitate smooth project execution as directed by Technical Program Managers. Travel up to 20% outside traditional work area may be required, possibly including international travel.
