What Can You Expect?

As a .NET Software Engineer, you will augment a high-profile team of business analysts, solution architects and developers on a strategic project for Commercial Insurance International Programs. You will contribute as a developer to globally used systems providing functionality for various capabilities across the commercial insurance process, including underwriting, pricing, issuance and servicing.

As a .NET Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop high-quality solutions to meet business needs with a focus on web-based applications.
• Work within a team with internal and external vendors from kick-off to rollout, cooperating with the business analyst, IT architects, Lead Software Engineers and the project manager.
• Deeply understand business requirements and how to best build the required components.
• Ensure Zurich IT security standards are adhered to within architectural design documents.
• Ensure solution-related quality, performance, availability, scalability, integrity and compliance with enterprise principles, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with the business analysts and other developers to work collectively toward an efficient solution.
• Work alongside experts in various technological domains.
• Enhance your skills with real-world experience.
• Contribute to a team that values your input and creativity.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology with 3+ years of experience
• Proven track record
