💻¿What would you be doing in your day a day?

We are looking for an experienced .NET Back-End Developer to contribute to the development of new features for an industrial-grade network management and monitoring platform. The system enables performance monitoring, diagnostics, event logging, and full visibility of complex physical and logical networks in operational technology (OT) environments.

This role combines software development and quality assurance responsibilities. You will both implement backend functionality and actively participate in automated and manual QA activities to ensure high reliability and robustness.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET (C#)
• Develop new features for a network monitoring and management platform
• Implement integrations with industrial hardware and OT communication layers
• Design and implement automated tests (unit, integration, and system-level where applicable)
• Participate in QA activities , including test planning, execution, and defect analysis
• Ensure backend reliability, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and system architects
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous integration pipelines

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• 2-5 years of professional experience in .NET development in industrial environments
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core frameworks.
• Experience with database design and development (SQL Server, Entity Framework).
• Knowledge of Cloud (Azure or AWS) services is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholder engagements effectively.
