Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring Customer Service Specialists to join our Barcelona teams. You will assist customers by phone, email, or chat and help resolve questions with professionalism across an international client base.

Fluent in Dutch, German, Danish, Swedish, Flemish or Spanish with strong English, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to relocate to Barcelona. Relocation is welcome for this international role.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native level in one of Dutch, German, Danish, Swedish, Flemish or Spanish.
• Good level of English.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable with computers and digital tools.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
