Job summary

Q-tech is seeking a Cloud Security Specialist to strengthen security across complex multi-cloud infrastructures, with a focus on CSPM and GCP. You will analyze findings, triage false positives, and design risk-based prioritization across teams in an international environment.

You will work closely with engineering and operations, promote a security-first culture, and own remediation from discovery to closure. Fluent English is required; Spanish or German are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cloud Security, with CSPM tooling and multi-cloud architectures.
• Analytical and strategic thinking; design risk assessment and prioritization processes.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, applications, and vulnerability management.
• Distinguish real risks from false positives in context.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical teams.
• Proactive, organized, results-driven with ownership for remediation.
• Business-fluent English; Spanish or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CSPM findings across multi-clouds (primarily GCP) and other clouds.
• Review vulnerability backlogs and triage false positives.
• Design prioritization frameworks for efficient remediation.
• Assess issues in full technical context and apply risk-based remediation.
• Track remediation with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Provide hands-on guidance throughout remediation.
• Foster collaborative security culture with Eng and Ops teams.
