A prominent construction materials company in Madrid is seeking an experienced professional to develop PowerApps and automate business processes for internal customers, providing enhancements in Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform and strong skills in UX design for applications. This full-time role excludes remote work.

Formación

• 4+ years experience with Microsoft Power Platform and related tools.
• Strong UX design and development skills in PowerApps.
• Proficient in English; Spanish and German are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Development of PowerApps (model driven and canvas) as well as automation of business processes using Power Automate & MS Power Automate Desktop (RPA) and Azure logic apps and Azure functions for Sika internal customers
• Development configuration and / or Installation of MS power platform solutions and related components (Data Gateway Dataverse etc)
• Use software development tools like Azure DevOps for application development management and deployment
• Replacing applications from other platforms with the MS Power Platform applications
• Provide architectural configurational administrational and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365
• Designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration productivity and knowledge sharing
• Designing and architecting a solution based on requirement for other developers
• Identifying areas and processes where Microsoft 365 Office 365 Power Platform and SharePoint can be leveraged to facilitate process improvements
• Work with the Sika team in Zürich to support various projects and solutions
• Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise
• Collaborate with external developer for application development

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (4 years) in the Microsoft Power Platform MS PowerApps (canvas model driven) Power Automate PowerPages Copilot Studio Power BI and Sharepoint Online
• Familiarity with Azure eco system Azure AD Power FX and Powershell
• 2 years of business systems analysis and support experience
• 1 years of experience as MS Power Platform Administrator would be a plus
• Strong PowerApps UX design development testing and implementation skills
• Good verbal and written communication in English language is a must additional languages (Spanish German is a plus)
• Good self-organizational skills work independently and in a team
• Preferred Certifications : Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate
