Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe, Madrid, seeks a QCM and Supply Manager for the MRTT programme to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries by managing material flows, supplier performance and risk mitigation across cross-functional teams. The role requires a Master’s in Industrial/Aeronautical Engineering, 5+ years in Quality or design offices near the product, and hands-on MRTT/A400M experience.

• Masters degree in Industrial/Aeronautical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality or design offices close to the product.
• Experience with MRTT/A400M programme in the mentioned departments.
• Strong problem solving and risk awareness.
• Proven collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Quality assurance and compliance focus.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with internal customers on SQCDP, reporting and coordination during ordering.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during ordering phase and interact with suppliers as escalation point.
• Monitor supplier performance KPIs and manage tendering (RFQ) and invoicing follow-up.
• Raise risks, track actions, and initiate mitigation for deviations to industrial targets.
• Support planning and inventory boards, and manage risk methods in planning.
• Manage Non-Conformity containment (L1) and ensure product protection and flow.
