HiTHIUM Energy Storage is seeking an experienced MRO Procurement Specialist to support factory operations and ensure reliable supply of indirect materials and maintenance-related purchases.

You will manage procurement activities for MRO items, build supplier relationships, run RFQs and negotiations, and help optimize inventory to minimize downtime across manufacturing sites. Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MRO procurement, indirect procurement, or manufacturing purchasing.
• Experience supporting manufacturing facilities is required.
• Experience in battery, automotive, electronics, industrial equipment, or advanced manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of spare parts management and inventory control principles.
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Spanish language skills are highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage procurement activities for MRO materials, spare parts, consumables, tooling, safety equipment, and facility-related supplies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and regional suppliers.
• Conduct supplier sourcing, RFQs, commercial negotiations, and contract management activities.
• Support inventory optimization and spare parts management initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with maintenance, production, engineering, and facilities teams.
• Ensure timely response to urgent procurement requirements to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier data within procurement systems.
• Support cost reduction and supplier performance improvement initiatives.

Position Summary

The MRO Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) materials and services required to support manufacturing operations.
