Jungheinrich Digital Solutions Spain seeks a Process Engineer S&OP to support and continuously improve the global S&OP process across an international manufacturing environment. You will work with stakeholders, production planning teams and senior management to transform data into actionable insights, ensure planning activities run smoothly and align demand, supply and business objectives.

Formación

• Several years of experience in S&OP, supply chain management or controlling.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP).
• Sound knowledge of planning processes and data analysis.
• Very good communication and facilitation skills.
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working.
• Confident use of MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate and validate sales forecasts; perform deviation analyses.
• Coordinate with Sales for short-notice planning adjustments.

About the role & responsibilities

As a Process Engineer S&OP, you will play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the global Sales & Operations Planning process across an international manufacturing environment. Working closely with business stakeholders, production planning teams, and senior management, you will help transform data into actionable insights, ensure planning activities run smoothly, and contribute to the alignment of demand, supply, and business objectives across the organization.

Responsibilities

Contribution to the monthly S&OP cycle

• Responsibility for the timely planning and preparation of all S&OP meetings
• Ensuring data availability and data quality
• Tracking decisions and actions

Demand Planning

• Consolidation and validation of sales forecasts from Sales
• Execution of deviation analyses at segment/product level
• Continuous monitoring of short-term demand changes
• Integration of new product introductions and phase-outs
• Close coordination with Sales to adjust planning figures at short notice

Supply Planning

• Alignment of demand requirements with production planning in the plants
• Identification of bottlenecks and development of recommended actions

KPI-driven Performance Management

• Development, monitoring and continuous improvement of relevant KPIs
• Development and further enhancement of standardized dashboards, including maintenance of existing dashboards

Fast problem solving in day-to-day operations

• First point of contact for plants and sales units in case of urgent planning issues

Process discipline and standardization

• Ensuring compliance with defined planning processes and standards
• Continuous improvement of operational processes and standardization of best practices

Daily use of tools and systems

• Ensuring correct master data and planning parameters
• Identification of improvement potential within the S&OP process and beyond
• Further development of statistical forecast models using AI and machine learning

Collaboration and operational alignment

• Ensuring a consistent flow of information between all departments involved in the S&OP process, including plants, sales units, Finance, Product Program,Purchasing, etc.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in S&OP, supply chain management or controlling.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP).
• Sound knowledge of planning processes and data analysis.

• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working.
• Confident use of MS Office.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI or comparable reporting tools
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods or AI/ML-supported planning approaches
• Experience in process optimization and cross-functional project work
