theentouragegroup is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor at MR PORTER Barcelona to ensure superior customer service and operational excellence. In this fast-paced environment, you will lead the service team and maintain the high standards of THE ENTOURAGE GROUP.

The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in the hospitality sector and must reside in Barcelona with an N.I.E. number. Benefits include in-house training, discounts at Sircle Collection hotels, and various staff perks.

Formación

• Proven experience in a Supervisor or Management role within the hospitality industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.
• Living in Barcelona and having an N.I.E. number to work in Spain.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Proven experience in a Supervisor or Management role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Supervise daily operations to guarantee a smooth and efficient service flow.
• Train and motivate the service team to uphold MR PORTER's commitment to excellence.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.
• Living in Barcelona (flexible with commuting)
• You have your N.I.E. number to work in Spain.
