Job summary

EWOR GmbH invites you to join its Fellowship to build a startup with a salary while employed by EWOR, or opt for up to €500k in funding. You will receive weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders and access to a community of the top founders, peers, and investors.

You will also benefit from support in hiring through a vast network and intensive coaching to reach product-market-fit, helping you scale and reach multi-million revenues.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate (as stated).
• Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Excellent communication skills in English (required).

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Mobility.
• Engage in a customised personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders.
• Receive hiring support through a broad network and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for funding.
• Iterate product to reach product-market-fit and develop a sales/marketing engine.

Tasks

• You will own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Mobility
• You will embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and follow a fully customised programme enhancing your goal, time, and energy management
• You will receive support in hiring through our network to over 50,000 professionals and advice as well as best practices from serial entrepreneurs
• You will receive intensive coaching to make your startup ready to raise millions in funding
• You will iterate your product with us until having reached product-market-fit and receive support in building up a sales force or creating a marketing engine respectively
