Empower Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality services to home care clients in the South-East Melbourne region. You will assess, treat, and progress dysphagia, language, and speech in a person-centred, age-65+ focused approach.

You will work autonomously while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop progressive care plans, maintain clinical records, and provide detailed patient reports, with support from our home care scheduling team.

Formación

• Speech pathology degree accredited by Speech Pathology Australia.
• Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist status with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Current driver's license and own vehicle.
• National Police Certificate obtained within the last 3 years.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high quality speech pathology services including assessment and ongoing management of dysphagia, language, and speech.
• Work with individuals aged 65 years and over in a person-centred approach.
• Autonomously prioritise tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports.
• Collaborate with clinicians to develop progressive care plans to promote independence and wellbeing.
