We are looking for an iOS engineer to join our mobile team in Zaragoza.
You will join a team of talented and passionate engineers that will help adidas deliver the best mobile apps and experiences to our Digital Consumers.
As a mobile developer in the team, you will be responsible for:
5+ years of experience in mobile software development, with a strong focus on the iOS platform. A college or university degree in Information Technology or a related field is a plus.
Experience working with iOS, Swift, and SwiftUI.
Deep knowledge of architecture, databases, the iOS ecosystem, and testing concepts.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English), especially when interacting and collaborating with different levels of the business and external vendors.
Ability to embrace change, own topics, come up with proposals, make decisions as one team, and act comfortably with risk and uncertainty.
Ability to work on highly complex projects at a global level and lead conversations and small initiatives if needed.
Kotlin, Objective-C, or backend experience is a plus.
watchOS and macOS development are a plus.
Advanced experience with Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine, and asynchronous code.
Experience with different design patterns such as MVVM, TCA, MVVMC, and VIPER.
You understand what makes a good architecture and can explain it well.
Experience with unit testing, snapshot testing, and REST calls.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitrise, Actions, and Jenkins, including pipeline maintenance and debugging.
You have worked with App Store Connect and know what it takes to publish an application, including Certificates, Profiles, App IDs, and TestFlight.
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Experience with Tuist and Fastlane is a plus.
Experience or willingness to leverage AI-powered development tools to boost productivity, code quality, and innovation.
In the first month, you’ll: onboard into our codebase, get familiar with the team and our ways of working, and open your first pull request.
Within the first 3 months, you’ll: start taking ownership of development tasks end to end, collaborate confidently across teams, and contribute high-quality improvements to the product.
Within the first 6 months, you’ll: work more independently within the team, contribute to technical discussions, and help improve code quality, processes, and delivery.
Within the first 12 months, you’ll: become a trusted contributor within the team, support key initiatives, share knowledge with others, and help raise the overall quality of the product and engineering practices.
