This fully remote role involves collaborating with teams to enhance game metrics and validate new titles. Strong SQL skills and familiarities with mobile metrics are required. Formación

• Strong SQL skills; experience with mobile analytics platforms (Amplitude, GameAnalytics, or similar).
• Familiarity with mobile game metrics: LTV, ROAS, retention curves, ad monetization.
• Clear communicator who can translate complex analysis into decisions.
• Experience with Python/R for deeper analysis and A/B testing frameworks.
• Nice to have: professional Russian language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build the diagnostic capability to understand why games succeed or fail.
• Evaluate new title performance against benchmarks.
• Enable faster decisions with data on prototype effectiveness.
• Diagnose feature performance to inform future developments.
• Investigate performance anomalies and fraud signals.
